I've only worn mine once so far, but I'm quite impressed. It's surprisingly comfortable, and does wonders for my cleavage. Despite some claims that it will not add a cup size, I find that it really did enhance the appearance of my size. I haven't actually put it to the stress test yet, with heat and dancing, but it feels like it will hold up.
One unexpected benefit of wearing the self-adhesive bra is that it coaxes me into better posture. I tend to let my shoulders and rib cage slouch, but when doing that, I feel that the cups are starting to pull away. By pulling my shoulders back, and lifting my rib cage (as my chiropractor is always nagging me to do), I feel that I get a more secure fit with the adhesive cups.
