 Cheap product and the WORST customer service. July 25, 2008

"Vic" in L'artisana customer serivce department identified himself as the owner and President of the company. He verbally abused me on the telephone, not only screaming at me but using foul language. NO product is worth being abused when a customer calls about an order being wrong - when I called about my latest order that was shorted on the number of items ordered as well as items that I did not order. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

When received, I was shocked to see that I only got ONE. Thought for the price of it I would get at least three.
As it is very simple and very pretty, I am disappointed.
$4.50 for one, plus $6.95 in shipping.

I was very impressed by the very simple quality and nice detail.
I was looking for a gift set to give my mother and other women for my wedding and I hadn't found one for less than $18 that included the card poem.
I just printed the poem myself and saved us about $15 a piece instead!

I don't have the time to give a rating to every one of the products I ordered from this company (at least 15), but suffice it to say, my mother is/was ecstatic about them! As cheap as she is, she called me long-distance after each and every delivery to thank me again and again for all the wonderful handkerchiefs I purchased and had sent to her.
And she STILL calls at least once a week! This woman's existing handkerchiefs were thread-bare (yes, she's THAT cheap on some things :-), and you would think I gave her the Moon, she is so happy with Lartisana's products!
Definitely do not hesitate to order these products! They are FANTASTIC!
The "Mother" part doesn't exactly stick out, but she knows it's there and it means an awful lot to her. Thanks for offering so many choices!
